Full Time Fixed term role until 27-May-2027 Support project management for the Professional Services Review Base Salary $112,628- $122,702 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Senior Program / Project Officer Professional Services Review provides project management advice and operational support to the Professional Services Review Executive Director, Project Manager and project team for this transformational service delivery program. This includes coordinating the implementation and delivery of a broad range of activities and tasks to meet established milestones and deliverables. You will be responsible for providing project management support to multiple work streams within a multi-faceted program of work, including establishing project teams, developing and implementing project plans, managing project financials, and preparing status reports in line with broader project governance requirements. Your key responsibilities will be to: provide support and project management advice during project organisation and establishment manages the development and implementation of multiple work stream project plans to meet overarching program objectives implements project governance and reporting procedures to monitor project delivery build relationships and manages program engagement and communications with the program’s various stakeholders coordinates diaries, meetings and events and provide support About you previously worked in the higher education/tertiary sector or at a complex, multi-faceted organisation accuracy, attention to detail and highly organised. Planning, analysis and communication skills together with the ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands numeracy skills together with experience in controlling income/expenditure for reconciliation/budget tracking and managing invoice payments and purchases for a project experience project managing multiple work streams in a matrix or functional environment, including managing adherence to agreements and managing requests for change experience in project management with excellent administrative skills, coupled with a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologies excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills and a demonstrated level of tact and discretion in dealing with a variety of matters.
