Stallion Homes is seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Office Administrator to join our team in Northam. You'll be an important part of keeping the office running smoothly while supporting, whilst supporting our finance team.

Note: Applications must be able to work from our Northam office at least 3 days per week. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to grow into a full-time position with increased responsibility and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the reception inbox for incoming invoices and ensure they are processed promptly and correctly, including receiving approval from the relevant manager or department where required.
* Process and verify supplier invoices, expense reports and payment requests accurately.
* Enter invoices correctly into the accounting system and reconcile once paid through the bank.
* Prepare and execute supplier payment runs.
* Assist with month-end finance tasks, including accruals and reporting.
* Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues or delays.
* Build strong and professional relationships with suppliers through clear and friendly communication, and maintain accurate supplier records.
* Provide general finance support including reconciliations, audit preparation and process improvements.
* Assist with general office management, including managing inbound calls, mail collection, stationery and office supplies, maintaining organised filing systems, and providing support to leadership to help organise staff events and year-end functions.
