Field Service Technician (ATM)
Green Light delivery team are looking for a Field Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of product and component hardware and software at customer sites. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment within your assigned territory, meeting service level agreements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical pre-installation tests, installations, commissioning, and both corrective and preventive maintenance on ATMs, retail, and other equipment.
- Respond promptly to all service calls within agreed upon SLA response times, minimizing machine downtime.
- Provide detailed briefings on all activities performed and collaborate effectively with relevant personnel to resolve any unresolved service calls or unforeseen issues.
- Keep customers informed on the status, progress, and outcomes of service activities, ensuring their satisfaction with service delivery and product functionality.
- Utilise corporate tools and processes for knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in technical and/or field services, particularly in banking, retail, or fuel servers. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel and possess own transportation (car).
- Team-oriented personality with self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
