As an Associate Service Technician, you will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our advanced road safety enforcement equipment. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their technical skills, work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, and contribute directly to making roads safer.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of enforcement technology including imaging and AI systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on devices and trailers.
* Collaborate with field and support teams to ensure reliable service delivery.
* Support data collection and system updates as required.
* Document service activities accurately for reporting and compliance purposes.

Essential Skills and Experience
* Technical qualification or relevant experience in electronics, telecommunications, mechanics, or a related field.

* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

* Familiarity with vehicle towing and trailer maintenance.
* Construction, installation, or field service experience.
