You will be a vital part of our Workforce Australia Program, helping participants prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.

* Support participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment
* Help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles and take on new employment with a renewed sense of purpose
* Provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring everyone has the tools and support for success
* Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments
* Celebrate every successful placement, big and small, with participants
* Build lasting partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion, ensuring everyone has a chance to shine

To Be Considered, You Will Have
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
* A MyGovID (Standard level)
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check
* Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
* Availability to work full‐time Monday to Friday 8:30am‐5:00pm
