Accounts Officer Job Description
The Business Services Team at Paspaley seeks a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Accounts Officer/Receptionist. This opportunity allows for professional growth and development within a dynamic team.
* Process accounts payable transactions, including foreign currency payments.
* Manage selected receipts and payments from various sources, including foreign currency transactions.
* Reconcile petty cash floats and ensure accurate accounting records.
* Process employee reimbursement and credit card payments in a timely manner.
* Provide exceptional customer service by directing incoming calls and responding to inquiries.
* Maintain office facilities, including meeting rooms, kitchenettes, office supplies, and utility rooms.
* Coordinate mail management, including courier bookings and delivery.
Key Requirements:
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounts payable/receivable is preferred.
