EUC Operations Lead role at Capgemini.
Lead the operational delivery of cutting-edge digital workplace services for a high-profile client. This is a pivotal leadership role with strategic influence and operational accountability, focusing on service delivery across End User Computing (EUC), Service Desk (SD), and Identity & Access Management (IDAM) on a multi-year engagement.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Service Ownership: Lead the delivery of run services across EUC, SD, and IDAM—including third-party providers—ensuring alignment with SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Team Leadership & Resource Optimization: Manage and inspire a dedicated team of operational experts, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement & Satisfaction: Monitor service quality, proactively manage client relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Incident & Escalation Management: Act as the front-line leader during major incidents, driving resolution and communication across stakeholders.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight: Identify and manage operational risks, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Operational Reporting & Governance: Deliver insightful reporting and lead regular reviews with account governance teams.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to align operational delivery with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years’ experience in operations management, with a proven track record in service delivery, cost control, and client engagement.
- Solid leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of operational processes, financial management, and contract governance.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, including conflict resolution and strategic alignment.
- Familiarity with modern technology trends, tools, and cloud infrastructure services.
- ITIL v4 certification and a passion for driving service excellence in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
