About the Role
As a Prospector, you'll be on the frontline of our growth — generating new business, connecting with homeowners, and keeping our pipeline thriving.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Making high-volume outbound calls to property owners and potential sellers
* Prospecting and identifying new listing opportunities
* Updating and managing client information in our CRM
* Conducting follow-up calls and nurturing long-term relationships
* Assisting with appraisal preparation and database management
* Hitting (and smashing) daily and weekly prospecting KPIs
* Participating in coaching, training, and team development
About You
You're confident, energetic, and not afraid to pick up the phone. You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment — and you love talking to people.
You'll bring:
* Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
* A Certificate of Registration and driver's licence plus access to a car
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
* Great organisation and time management
* Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude
* A genuine interest in property and long-term career growth
