Job Title: Mechanical Team Leader
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team of mechanical engineers and broader building services professionals. As a Mechanical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of mechanical systems for large-scale infrastructure and building projects across various sectors.

* Design and Delivery: Oversee the design and delivery of mechanical systems for large-scale infrastructure and building projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of building services and a proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams. You should also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience managing budgets and resources.
The ideal candidate will have a degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer background with extensive experience in building services. You will be known for your ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing engineering teams. A confident communicator with strong stakeholder and client management skills is essential. Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, resourcing, and project performance is also required.
