Salary: AUD $78,000 – $85,000 per annum + Super Type: Permanent, Full-time With continuous growth in business and an expanding pipeline of commercial construction projects, Yoho Homes Holdings Pty Ltd has an exciting new job opportunity for an experienced Carpenter to join our team.
The successful candidate will work across demolition, civil works and new building construction projects, delivering high-quality carpentry works in accordance with project specifications, Australian Standards and WHS requirements. Staff Benefits: Stable full-time employment

Duties and Responsibilities: Studying drawings and specifications to determine materials, dimensions and installation methods. Measuring, cutting, assembling and fixing timber and other materials to construct frameworks, structures, partitions, formwork and fittings.
Installing and repairing doors, windows, frames, staircases, skirting, architraves, cabinetry and other fixtures. Erecting and dismantling formwork for concrete works as required. Performing finishing works, including cladding, linings and fit-outs in accordance with project requirements.
Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Ensuring work is carried out in compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations, building codes and company policies. Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades to ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestones.
Maintaining a clean and safe worksite and reporting hazards or defects to management. About You:
Strong technical carpentry skills with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings. High level of workmanship and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks in a construction environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
Qualification and Experience: Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent). Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience as a Carpenter (commercial construction experience preferred).
