About the role:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Learning and Development Advisor to join our dynamic team on a 9-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with leaders across the organisation and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that support our people to thrive.
You’ll lead the way in identifying training needs and coordinating a wide range of programs – from safety and technical training to qualifications and professional development. Your work will empower our teams, support career growth, and help us build a strong, capable, and future-ready workforce.

Qualifications & Experience
o Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development (L&D) and/or Cert IV in Training and Assessment coupled with relevant L&D experience
o Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering effective learning strategies and programs
o Strong understanding of contemporary learning practices and adult learning styles
o Ability to tailor training solutions to meet the needs of diverse audiences (e.g. field-based vs. office-based staff)
Tech & Tools Know-How
o Skilled in using learning design tools and eLearning development platforms
o Experience with HRIS learning modules and LMS
o Familiarity with a variety of learning technologies and software is highly regarded
People & Communication Skills
o Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality internal customer service
o Team player with the ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence across all levels of the organisation
