Key Responsibilities & Attributes
* Team leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
* Agency recruitment or sales experience within healthcare
* Experience with business development
* Account Management & establishing call cycles
* Understanding of the Melbourne market
* Learn and implement effective candidate attraction strategies
* Screen and interview applicants and manage the process from start to finish
* Perform reference checks to ensure candidate suitability
* Work efficiently in a competitive market
* Client care + strong communication skills
* Be with and support candidates through their journey to securing a new role, as well as aftercare
* Share ideas, collaborate, and learn from a team of high performing consultants
* A people focused approach with confidence in communication and teamwork
* Strong spoken and written English skills
* High emotional intelligence, agility, and the ability to take decisive action
