Inspire Realty is seeking a sales-focused Buyer's Agent to onboard investor and owner occupier clients and guide them through the initial strategy and sign-up phase. This role is centred on relationship building, deal presentation, and closing new client engagements. Once a client is signed, the file is handed over to our dedicated research and acquisition team allowing you to focus on growth, not back-end execution.

Job Description
Inspire Realty is a well-established Buyer's Agency with over six years of operation, specialising in property acquisitions for investors. As we continue to grow rapidly and looking to expand nationally, we are looking for a confident and driven Buyer's Agent to join our Brisbane team in a client acquisition and advisory capacity.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, understands investor motivations, and can clearly articulate strategy, value, and outcomes. You will be supported by a strong internal research team, admin support, and professional partners so your primary focus remains on client relationship, strategy, engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
* Engage and consult with inbound investor and owner occupier clients
* Present Inspire Realty's buyer services, strategy, and value proposition
* Assess client goals, budgets, and risk profiles
* Convert qualified prospects into signed buyer agreements
* Manage client relationships through the onboarding phase
* Ensure smooth handover to the research and acquisitions team post sign-up
* Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipelines
* Represent Inspire Realty professionally and ethically

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in property sales, or consultative sales, customer service skills, etc.
* Strong closing ability with a relationship-led approach
* Understanding of residential property investing fundamentals
* Confident communicator with high emotional intelligence
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and accountable
* Ability to explain strategy and value without technical overload
