We are partnering with the largest and fastest growing hyperscale data centre developer in the APAC region to bring a Senior Commercial Manager into their Development team on a contract basis.
Backed by one of the world's largest investment firms, this business is driving the digital infrastructure growth of the region. This role sits right at the sharp end, shaping the commercial frameworks that deliver multibillion dollar projects.

The Role
You will act as the senior commercial manager for the development team. The core focus is leading complex contract negotiations, specifically MSAs with General Contractors and major equipment vendors, optimising commercial positions, and managing risk allocation.
What you will be doing:
* Leading the drafting, negotiation, and execution of high value construction and supply contracts.
* Acting as the key commercial advisor to internal delivery, finance, and engineering teams.
* Managing variations, dispute resolution, and overall contract governance.
* Refining negotiation playbooks and commercial frameworks for future regional expansion.
Who we are looking for:
* A seasoned commercial professional with a background in complex construction, engineering, or major infrastructure.
* Someone highly detail oriented with the commercial maturity to navigate fast paced, high stakes negotiations.
* Degree qualified in QS, Law, Engineering, or Commerce.
