Senior Project Lead - Large-Scale Multi-Residential Projects

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Senior Project Lead to join this design-led practice to help deliver a key large-scale multi-res scheme and contribute to the broader practice portfolio. Exceptional multi-residential knowledge is required to lead from the front and manage a team of like-minded, talented peers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead apartment planning and design for high-density, luxury multi-residential developments.
* Manage and coordinate project teams on large-scale residential ($200M+) projects, ensuring efficient delivery and design quality.
* Oversee projects from Design Development through to Construction Completion.
* Develop and maintain coordinated, high-quality Revit models and produce accurate construction documentation.
* Manage client contact, communication, expectations, and project outcomes.
* Drive project planning, including resourcing, programming, and task allocation.
* Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent, compliance, and technical resolution.
Skills & Experience
* Masters qualifications in Architecture.
* Registered Architect with 10+ years of professional experience.
* Large-scale multi-residential experience essential (200-300+ apartments) – showcased in project track record.
* Exemplary client engagement skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit.
* Excellent technical knowledge & documentation skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of contractual responsibilities including scope and deliverables.
