About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a relationship manager. The successful candidate will generate new revenue through meetings with prospective referrals, increase conversion and revenue from multiple channels, and serve as the primary contact for referral sources.
You will represent our brand and possess thorough knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, or other funded programs.
Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining professional relationships with referrals and clients
* Coordinating with stakeholders to complete service agreements, manage budgets, and oversee services
