About the Role
This is a results driven sales position where your focus will be on generating listings, working with buyers, and successfully closing deals. You will be supported with systems, administration, and strong local brand presence to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and generating new listings
* Listing and marketing residential and/or commercial properties
* Conducting appraisals and presenting to vendors
* Managing buyer enquiries and inspections
* Negotiating offers and closing sales
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working towards and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
About You:
* Ambitious, self motivated, and results driven
* Confident communicator with strong people skills
* Professional presentation and high level of integrity
* Strong work ethic with the ability to manage your own pipeline
* A genuine passion for real estate and sales
Experience & Licensing:
* Previous real estate sales experience is highly regarded
* Current real estate licence or registration is preferred
* Not essential, we will support the right candidate to obtain qualifications
