Dental Care Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the dentists in providing high-quality treatment.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing patients and facilities for dental treatment, delivering quality chairside assistance, and maintaining infection control standards and procedures. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting patients, booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records, and handling payments.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in a dental practice and a proven track record of punctuality and reliability. A passion for customer service and patient care is essential, as well as being organized with attention to detail. You will also need the ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful, light-hearted manner.
