Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in supporting day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to provide a premium consumer experience.
Provide feedback on required resources to achieve stockroom operational needs and deliver a Premium Stockroom Model.
Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Achieve store targets and optimal consumer experience through effective sales floor leadership; ensuring staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
Role-model service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
Execute and maintain established visual merchandising standards and adequate shop-floor replenishment.
Drive and ensure compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back-of-house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
Drive profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
Support store management team by providing consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Preferred Experience
Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
Experience in stockroom procedures
