The Role
We're seeking local team members who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a supportive, community-focused park.
Accommodation is not provided with this role.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing high standards of customer service
* Processing guest check-ins and outs
* Accurately using the park booking system for reservations and account management
* Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
* Supplying guests with information on property and local areas of interest
* Completing day-to-day office administration tasks
* Maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
