Key Responsibilities
* Manage and administer contracts for civil and groundworks projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
* Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
* Support the estimators by assisting with cost estimation and preparing tender submissions.
* Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
* Assist with the preparation of variation orders, change orders, and progress reports.
* Contribute to the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
