Job Title: Document Management Specialist
As a highly skilled Document Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the management of corporate policies and procedures for our organization. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and initiating the review of internal policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and administering online subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake all aspects of document control processes necessary for the efficient management of corporate policies and procedures.
* Monitor and advise on changes to legislation and other Government publications.
* Maintain controlled documents on the intranet and publish and distribute Safety Information Communications.
* Facilitate additional publishing specifications of controlled documents as required.
* Update the Emergency Callout List as required.
Requirements:
* Working knowledge of Business and Electronic Document and Records Management Systems within a large organization.
* Proven experience controlling documents within a large organization.
* Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including the ability to convey ideas and concepts to individuals and groups.
