Due to growth, we are seeking a highly skilled real estate sales consultant to join our dedicated team. As this is a key appointment, you must have a proven track record in residential sales and will continually give every effort to get the best results for the company and the client. If you have been continuously achieving high sales figures but have not been receiving additional support and full appreciation from your current employer, then this is your opportunity to move forward with your career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Consistently generate new business through prospecting activities including cold calling, database nurturing, door knocking, referrals, and community engagement.
* Appraisal & Listing Conversion: Conduct accurate market appraisals and convert listings by presenting compelling, evidence‐based pricing and marketing strategies.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers through proactive communication, transparency, and high service standards.
* Campaign Management: Oversee end‐to‐end sales campaigns including marketing coordination, buyer management, open homes, and ongoing vendor reporting.
* Buyer Qualification & Management: Identify, qualify, and manage buyers effectively, ensuring alignment between buyer needs and available properties to maximise sale outcomes.
* Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations between buyers and vendors to achieve optimal outcomes, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the process.
* Compliance & Regulatory Adherence (NSW): Ensure all activities comply with NSW legislation including accurate documentation, disclosure obligations, adherence to guidelines set by NSW Fair Trading, and database & pipeline management. Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date records in CRM systems, tracking leads, listings, buyers, and pipeline activity.
* Personal Performance & KPI Delivery: Meet or exceed agreed KPIs including appraisals conducted, listings secured, sales volume & GCI, auction clearance / conversion rates.
* Brand Representation & Professional Conduct: Act as a professional ambassador of the agency, maintaining high ethical standards, personal presentation, and alignment with brand values in all interactions.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following:
* Minimum 12 months proven sales experience.
* Industry standard certifications.
* Demonstrated organisational, analytical and problem‐solving skills with perseverance to achieve goals.
* Well‐developed verbal and written communication skills, including professional correspondence and reports.
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve sales targets and goals within agreed deadlines.
* Well‐developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven ability to develop effective working relationships.
* High‐level computer literacy and keyboard skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience in real estate programs.
* Immaculate presentation.
