The Role: What You'll Do
Player:
* Manage a specialist 360 desk; build and maintain strong client partnerships
* Achieve personal billing and placement targets
* Develop expertise in your vertical or territory
* Market placeable candidates to top employers
Coach:
* Recruit, onboard, and coach Permanent Placement Recruitment Consultants
* Build capability through structured training, KPI management, and monthly reviews
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* Inspire exceptional candidate and client experiences
Strategic Growth:
* Drive business development to expand market presence
* Partner with senior leaders on planning and execution

The Person: What You Bring
* 3 –5+ years working as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant with strong billing results
* Leadership or coaching experience; strong BD and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
* Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
