Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance in the efficient daily operations of a pharmacy by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and effective supply of medicines and healthcare products.
* • Providing excellent customer service in a friendly, professional manner
* • Serving customers and processing transactions accurately at Point of Sale (POS)
* • Maintaining stock accuracy and organized shelves
* • Assisting with inventory management and stock control tasks
* • Supporting invoicing and stock entry procedures
* • Assisting pharmacists and dispensary team members as required
This role involves working closely with pharmacists and other team members to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
