Job Title
We are seeking an Estate Administration Officer to join our team in delivering high-quality services to customers.
* Manage a caseload of estate administration matters, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
* Provide excellent customer experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes and escalate complex cases as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, initiative, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will also be willing to work in a rotating phone roster and understand the Department's Flexible Working Hours Agreement.
