We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team, full-time.
This role is a mix of outbound prospecting, nurturing inbound enquiries, and supporting sales/marketing operations. It’s a fantastic opportunity to grow into an Key Account Manager role as you develop relationships and deliver results.
Responsibilities
Prospecting: cold calling, outbound lead generation, and pipeline building
Responding to inbound enquiries and converting leads into opportunities
Supporting proposals, quoting, and CRM updates
Researching products, industries, and potential clients
Liaising with clients and internal teams to support business growth
Qualifications
Previous sales or business development experience (manufacturing, hardware, or B2B preferred)
Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
Strong Presentation
Proactive, confident, and results-driven approach
CRM and Microsoft Office experience
Full-time availability in office
