Our client

Hypergrowth tech business which has seen significant growth over the past 8 years since their founding. Due to team expansion they are now looking to recruit an AR role, sitting in a team of 5 and reporting directly to an experienced Finance Manager. Plenty of scope here for mentorship and progression.

The role

Including but not limited to

• Generating invoices and account statements as required
• Posting customer payments by recording cash, direct bank transfer, credit card transactions, etc.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Working with operation team to standardise the invoicing procedure to minimize the issue at the initial stage.
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis

About you

• 2 years experience in either an AR role or an Accounts Clerk role
• The ability to speak Mandarin is a necessity
• Work rights which allow you to commit to a permanent full time position
• Able to work in North Sydney (near station)
