Who are we?
The Construction Training Fund (CTF) is a small team responsible for administration of a levy on all building and construction works in Western Australia. We use this levy to assist in a skilled workforce by funding training and programs for apprentices, trainees and their employers in the building and construction industry.
Our modern offices are based in Belmont with ample free parking onsite.

Job Description
The Communications and Marketing Manager is a strategic role responsible for leading, managing and evaluating marketing and communications functions at the Construction Training Fund.
The role manages comprehensive communications and marketing frameworks, leads innovative marketing and communications activities; and leads the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and communications initiatives.
Selection Criteria
* Excellence in planning and delivering highly effective promotions and promotional strategies.
* Experience in managing contemporary multi-channel campaigns and the development of communication materials for a variety of platforms to drive industry awareness and stakeholder engagement.
* Expertise in brand development management, insights driven marketing, campaign analysis and reporting.
* Demonstrated experience in contributing to organisational strategy and aligning marketing and communications activities to support achievement of organisational goals.
* Expertise in developing and managing a media strategy including traditional and contemporary mediums.
* Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects to meet strict timeframes.
* Demonstrated high level communication skills with the capacity to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal, media and industry stakeholders.
* Excellence in stakeholder identification/management and planning/delivering the full range of traditional and multi-media communications.
* High level communications and presentation skills for a range of audience and purpose.
* A tertiary qualification in Communications/Marketing/Business or related discipline.
