**About you**:
- Direct customer/client support background
- Preferably come from an insurance or finance background
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to liaise professionally with clients
- Negotiation and relationship managing skills
- Interpersonal and well presented
- Possessing good time management skills and detail oriented
**What the role will entail day-to-day**:
- Managing a portfolio of onboarded clients
- Negotiating and appealing decisions between client and insurers
- Meeting with clients and deepening client relationships
- Contacting internal service providers
