Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for motorcycles and a talent for closing deals? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Motorcycle Sales Consultant to join our fast‐paced, high‐volume dealership.
This is a results‐driven role suited to someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, enjoys exceeding targets and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively manage and convert sales leads from walk‐in, phone and internet enquiries
* Conduct professional meet & greets, test rides, follow‐ups and deliveries
* Promote and cross‐sell finance, insurance, mechanical protection plans, accessories and parts
* Ensure all paperwork, contracts and delivery documentation are completed accurately and on time
* Maintain strong relationships with customers before, during and after delivery to drive referrals and repeat business
* Present motorcycles, showroom and workspaces to a consistently high standard
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in motorcycle or automotive sales
* Strong closing skills and the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
* High attention to detail with contracts, compliance and CRM management
* Confidence building rapport with customers both in‐store and digitally
* Enthusiastic, professional presentation and a customer‐first mindset
* Strong time management and organisational skills
What's on Offer
* High earning potential! Above industry standard base salary of $60,000 plus competitive commission structure
* Expect to earn OTE $75,0000 to $90,000 as an average sales person. However as a star performer you can earn up to $100 000 plus
* Strong dealership support structure including Sales Management, F&I and Customer Service teams

Mandatory Requirements
* Current Motorcycle Licence
* Automotive Salesperson Licence (or ability to obtain)
