CAP Education Services coordinates student education, student mobility and scholarship administration for the College with a focus on delivering key objectives in the CAP Operational Plan and Education Plan.
The Student Administration Officers will work in the Higher Degree Research Team on the development and implementation of creative administration practices, in line with the University’s and the College’s HDR strategies.
**The Opportunity**
The Student Administration Officer is a crucial member of the HDR team who provides administrative support to HDR students and academic staff, and to the College HDR function to meet the operational and service delivery needs during the entire student lifecycle. The position reports to the Senior Administration Officer (HDR) and works closely with HDR students and academics across the college.
In this role, you will:
- be a key contact point for current and prospective HDR students and academic staff, utilising specialist knowledge to problem-solve and provide advice and information, or escalate appropriately.
- Coordinate approval processes and facilitate submission of HDR forms in liaison with relevant administrative services teams.
- Support the delivery of orientation and induction activities for HDR students.
