Our team's extensive experience across mining, oil and gas, and renewable energy enables us to advise on projects throughout their entire lifecycle - from acquisition and development through to operations and divestment.

About You
You are a driven and collaborative professional with a desire to work on high-profile, complex and high-value transactions. You thrive in a team environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.
In addition, you will have
* Five or more years' post-qualification experience (or equivalent)
* Deep understanding of mining and oil and gas regulatory frameworks in Australia
* Outstanding drafting skills
* A desire, and the capacity, to work on high profile and technically challenging matters
* Superior analytical, communication and organisation skills
* Ability to work effectively with clients
