Lead Mental Health Service Delivery
This role is responsible for leading clinical services, governance and support to a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians. The aim is to provide evidence-based care with a focus on recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert clinical services and guidance to the mental health team
* Develop and implement effective strategies for service improvement and growth

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, psychology, social work)
* Current registration or eligibility for membership with a relevant professional body
* Postgraduate experience in mental health services with a strong emphasis on leadership and consultancy skills
* Ability to think critically, solve problems and make timely, sound clinical decisions autonomously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
