I am looking for an great operator to join Blacklist Productions. We operate at the highest level of the Australian country music and commercial video industry, producing cinematic content for artists like Lee Kernaghan, James Johnston, and Casey Barnes, as well as business clients.
The Reality of the Role
This environment is fast & demanding. I am often on set directing or traveling, which means I don't have time to micromanage you. You need to be autonomous, sharp, and able to solve problems on the fly.
You will be expected to:
* Edit with speed and precision:
Turn around high-quality edits without needing your hand held.
* Manage Socials:
Run the content engine for the people we work with focusing on how to develop ROI for the client.
* Shoot on Location:
Travel with the team occasionally and operate at our standard.
* Maintain Standards:
We do not accept "good enough." Every frame matters.

* Location:
Must be based near the Macarthur/Campbelltown region.
* Gear:
You need your own decent gear to match our production value (Blackmagic/Canon mirrorless ecosystem or similar). (Not a deal breaker)
