Working on a range of Commercial Litigation & Insolvency matters, such as debt recovery, restructuring, liquidations and bankruptcy, etc. The ideal candidate: Junior Lawyer ( 0-1 PQE ). A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records. Some exposure to litigation. A team player, who is willing to learn and develop.
