What you'll do
* Deliver electrical and communications projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are safe, on time and on budget
* Lead and support Technicians and Apprentices on-site, providing guidance, mentorship and direction
* Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders through reliable delivery and clear communication
* Prepare project estimates, quotations and tenders in collaboration with internal teams
* Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement and invoicing
* Drive a strong safety culture and champion continuous improvement across your team and projects
Our ideal candidate
* Trade-qualified in Electrical and/or Telecommunications with current Electrical and/or ACMA licences
* Proven experience delivering electrical, communications, construction or maintenance projects end-to-end
* Strong commercial and project management skills, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting and cost control
* A hands‐on leader who enjoys developing people and building trusted client relationships
* Safety-focused, organised and confident using project management systems and Microsoft Office
* Experience with SimPRO, SharePoint, Bluebeam or Groundplan will be highly regarded
