We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
About the Role
* You will greet guests warmly and address their inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive hotel impression.
* Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room changes accurately, maintain guest records, and follow standard procedures.
* Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and reservation procedures, and uphold IHG standards of appearance and cleanliness at the front desk.

1. Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional service to our guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Front Desk Operations: Perform check-ins, check-outs, and room changes accurately, maintain guest records, and follow standard procedures.
