Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW for a Membership Sales Consultant at Virgin Active Australia. The Membership Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective members, conducting tours of facilities, achieving monthly sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves building strong relationships with potential and current members and contributing to the overall growth and success of the club. Collaborative teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential aspects of this role.

* Ability to build rapport, connect with prospective clients, and understand customer needs
* Competence in managing multiple tasks and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and achieve set sales goals
* Prior experience in sales, fitness, or hospitality roles is desirable
* Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
