As a marketing professional, you will be responsible for driving the school's brand and communications strategy. You will manage internal and external communication channels to ensure all communications are timely, consistent, and relevant to stakeholders.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including advertising, social media, and content creation.
* Manage the production of regular newsletters and EDMs, ensuring high-quality content and branding standards.
* Liaise with designers, stakeholders, and contributors to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
* Monitor and analyze web analytics and social media metrics to inform marketing strategies.
In addition to your marketing expertise, you will also be responsible for community relations. This includes promoting the school's alumni program, supporting reunion events, and enhancing communication strategies around school functions.
* Promote and participate in the development of an alumni program through communications, events, and outreach.
* Support the reunion program and donor stewardship, fundraising, and receipting of gifts.
* Ensure all events and functions are consistent with the school's brand and enhance communication strategies around each event.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience working in a school setting or education sector. You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

* Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent.
* Proficiency in creative, editing, and communications programs (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
