As the Contract Delivery Specialist, you will be accountable for supporting the preparation of proposals, evaluation and negotiation of contracts.
This position participates in contract implementation activities following award, and ongoing contract administration.
**Key responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
- Assist with managing the contract issues surrounding HSE, materials and performance with Suppliers.
- Administering contracts / agreements.
- Ensuring that work completed is validated in accordance to the contract conditions and requirements.
- Managing the sourcing process for established Deeds, review documentation and ensure all requirements are captured and updated in the system.
- As necessary prepare the contract templates based on the contract & provide amendments to the original contract.
- Ensure all notices are issued in line with the Contractual requirements
**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Law or Commerce or relevant and demonstrated extensive industry experience
- Sound knowledge and proven understanding of contract management principles
- Ability to show guidance, communication effectively, have good interpersonal skills, complimented by influencing/negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within a corporate environment.
- Ability to interpret legislation with regards to contract law.
