About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Fire Safety Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, staff, and visitors.
Your primary focus will be on managing security situations, maintaining professional presentation, and interacting effectively with patients, staff, and visitors. You will also need to be able to negotiate and defuse aggressive behavior, communicate written policies, and operate computer systems proficiently.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong ability to function effectively as a team member and autonomously, using initiative in day-to-day problem solving and identification of important tasks. You will also need to be physically fit and capable of participating in strenuous physical tasks such as restraint within a healthcare setting.
