Health Initiatives and Event Coordinator Role

This position involves coordinating engagement activities, overseeing key deliverables, supporting events, maintaining partnerships, and contributing to systems that enable high-quality outcomes.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to advance health initiatives and long-term goals
* Support the delivery and evaluation of events and activities that support student recruitment, partner engagement, and profile-building
* Collaborate with central teams to ensure coordinated planning and delivery of health priorities
* Contribute to the design and improvement of tools, systems, and workflows that enable consistent, efficient, and high-quality delivery
* Monitor and report on the progress and impact of initiatives, using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement


Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in health, project management or a related field, and extensive relevant experience. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

1. A proven ability to lead projects and work effectively as part of a team, with the capacity to work independently with initiative, problem-solving ability, and accountability on projects
2. Strong organisation and time-management skills, together with the ability to work with competing demands, prioritise work tasks, and be flexible in responding to changing work priorities
3. High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse groups and capacity to undertake domestic travel
4. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and bringing individuals and teams together to achieve mutually beneficial goals
5. The ability to prepare and present information, in varying formats, to people from a range of backgrounds and experience levels

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of health initiatives and event coordination, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
