About the Role
We are looking for a switched-on individual who can coordinate the delivery of regular service calls, respond to clients, and arrange repairs to be conducted by our service technicians, all while providing excellent customer service.

Role Title: Service Administrator
Location: Birralee SA branch
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Service Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Preference for someone with a background in a similar role or familiarity with service and repairs.
Exceptional communication skills and friendly customer service.
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Excel) to understand internal systems and deliver timely service.
Highly motivated, willing to learn, and able to meet results/targets.
Strong team player who works well with internal and external stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive calls from customers in a professional manner.
Communicate customer requirements to service technicians and schedule service calls.
Process purchase orders with relevant suppliers and invoices as required.
Follow up on the progress of current jobs and provide updates to customers.
Investigate and communicate opportunities to improve processes or expand the service business.
