Overview
Join our Brighter Beginnings team as a Senior Speech Pathologist. This role supports preschool aged children to have the best start in life. Location: Warrawong. Employment type: Temporary Part Time, 32 hours per week, with salary of $56.68 - $58.52 per hour plus 12% super and salary packaging. Applications close: 21 September 2025. This is a temporary position until 21 June 2026 with the possibility of an extension at the same or reduced hours; 24 hours are available as a temporary parental relief position.

Responsibilities
* Enhance health and development checks in early childhood services.
* Conduct screenings and provide intervention strategies to families and educators to support childhood development.
* Deliver outstanding services to patients, clients, and carers to promote the best possible health outcomes.
* As a senior team member, assist the Brighter Beginnings Team Leader in supervising staff and students, contribute to operational and professional matters, and foster a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Qualifications
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent) with eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia
* Valid NSW Driver's Licence
