Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
* Meet & greet passengers like they're VIPs (because they are).
* Be the human GPS — wayfinding, guiding, and problem‑solving on the fly
* Provide wheelchair assistance with care, dignity, and a smile.
* Keep queues moving and stress levels low.
* Jump into ad‑hoc tasks to keep the airport experience seamless.
What You Bring to the Crew
* Possibly language(s) in addition to English
* Reliability, presentation, and a "let's make it happen" attitude
* Customer service experience (aviation, hospitality, tourism, or events a plus)
* Physical fitness to handle luggage up to 32kg (for baggage handling shifts)
* A knack for making people feel at ease
* Fluent English and confident communication
