Technical Expert Role
In this key position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include triaging and allocating service requests to our specialist network, validating scope, managing relationships with various stakeholders, and conducting quality and cost assurance reviews.
Main Activities
* Triage and allocate service requests to our national specialist network.
* Validate scope, including cost check, methodology auditing, and overall job relevance.
* Manage relationships with builders, insurers, insurance assessors, building estimators, and other relevant stakeholders involved in a building project.
* Meet and exceed internal validation or project management KPIs, including productivity, quality, and accuracy.
* Communicate with clients to keep them updated on service progress.
* Ensure quality and cost assurance reviews for all building requests.
* Collaborate with team managers to maintain network performance and capacity.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience and proven abilities in Property Claim and/or Construction roles.
* Self-motivation and customer orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Effective time and project management skills.
* Ability to make responsible and effective decisions and communicate efficiently - both written and verbally.
* Capability to meet targets and handle high-pressure environments.
* Results-driven, striving to meet and exceed KPIs.
* Applicants with insurance assessing and/or insurance repair, restoration, building trades backgrounds are highly desirable. A Builders License or other Building Qualifications will also be highly regarded.

* Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Australia.
