About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Orders Clerk to join our team at Crazy Skate Company in Caloundra West, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for efficiently managing our warehouse operations and order fulfilment processes. Working within our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
What you'll be doing
* Receive, unpack, and process incoming stock and inventory
* Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
* Maintain detailed records of all warehouse activities and inventory levels
* Assist with regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory control
* Liaise with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any order-related queries or issues
* Support the team in other warehouse and logistics tasks as required
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a similar warehouse or order fulfilment role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
* Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse or order fulfilment experience required
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
* Competent in using warehouse management and order processing systems
* Training on specific warehouse management systems will be provided to successful candidates
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the wider team
* A forklift license would be highly advantageous
* Candidates must have appropriate work authorisation to work in Australia
