As a Therapeutic Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting these vulnerable children, including facilitating transitions, coordinating caregiver matches, and ensuring best-practice care.

Your Skills and Expertise
* Hold post-secondary qualifications in Welfare, Social Work, Child Development or a relevant field (diploma holders willing to pursue further study)
* Possess a current Victorian drivers licence
* Hold a current CPR and First Aid certificate
* Demonstrate ability to provide safe environments for children and young people and protect them from abuse and neglect
* Exhibit knowledge and understanding of issues surrounding the out-of-home care system and available resources in Gippsland
* Display effective communication skills with adults, adolescents, children and sector representatives
