POSITION OVERVIEW:
At Novabridge the ServiceNow Developer is responsible for providing guidance, technical solutions, and support to clients implementing and customizing the ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with clients and your project team to understand the client requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of ServiceNow applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Enroll ServiceNow courses;
* Assist in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, forms, and workflows under the guidance of senior developers.
* Create and modify forms, fields, and lists to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with team members to design and implement basic workflows and automate business processes using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
* Participate in unit testing and functional testing to ensure quality and performance of developed features.
* Support troubleshooting and resolving issues with existing applications or workflows.
* Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and actively participate in team learning sessions.
* Document technical work, including code comments, user guides, and other project materials.
* Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
* Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning activities.
* Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
REQUIRED
Technical Skills:
Qualifications & Certifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
